Directions from the South

Exit the M40 at Junction 13. At the end of the slip road, turn right. When you reach the roundabout take the third exit marked A452 to Leamington Spa. Continue along the A452 until you reach another roundabout and take the second exit on to Europa Way. Continue along Europa Way until you see the Marriott Hotel on your right and turn right after it on to Olympus Avenue. Follow Olympus Avenue to the end and Olympus Court is on your left. We are in the building marked number 3 with parking in front.
